At Enki Crafts, we want your shopping experience to be as stress-free as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to reach out to a member of our team. To start your return, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt by e-mailing or calling (657) 230-9860. Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs.
Missing or Damaged Items
If you are missing anything from your order, or received damaged items, please contact us within 14 days, and we will resolved the issue in a timely manner. We will replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a packing error.  No merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Enki Crafts will take responsibility for filing damage claims or missing package claims with the shipping provider (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc)
Order Acceptance Policy
Enki Crafts reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Price Changes
We also reserve the right to alter the price of all items we carry at any time, as stated by our policy. Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices listed on our website will be the most accurate and up to date.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, or with incorrect information due to typographical errors, errors in pricing, incorrect product information from suppliers, etc., Enki Crafts will attempt to contact the purchaser by telephone or e-mail provided on the order form. This is done before cancelling the order or item that is incorrect.
Back Order Policy
When any item is put on backorder, Enki Crafts will ship it out as soon as it arrives back in stock. We will contact your by telephone or e-mail provided on the order form. Once notified, the purchaser can decide to wait for the item, or get a full refund.
Privacy Policy
Enki Crafts does not share customer information, including e-mails, phone numbers, or postal mail addresses. It is not our policy to spam your e-mail address nor do we send unwanted postal mail. Any correspondence is from an approved request fromt the customer to receive updated new items, events or special offers and sales only.
